Recently a client of Kyle Scott was hit by another car in San Bernardino, CA. While traveling through an intersection a left-turning vehicle (which did not have the right of way) crashed into the attorney’s client’s vehicle, causing damage to the vehicle, and injuries to the client. The client had a dash cam installed in the vehicle and the whole accident was caught on tape. It showed without a doubt the client had a green light and the right of way and that the other driver was at fault.
If it weren’t for the video camera footage the insurance company of the other driver would not have settled for the amount the attorney got for the client. Once the insurance company’s defense attorney viewed the footage she knew it would be devastating in court. The attorney settled the case for the at fault driver’s policy limit of $100,000 $100,000.
